The company today

A long-term operating platform.

SOHO DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC is a California-based real estate and investment platform.

SOHO DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC is designed as a long-term operating platform through which the company can identify, evaluate, structure, develop, finance, manage, and selectively invest in real estate and related opportunities.

The SOHO DEVELOPMENT brand was established in 2002 and has served clients and pursued real estate development opportunities for more than two decades. Its history reflects experience across real estate development, architectural design, construction management, investment, lending, and project oversight, applied across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use real estate.

In 2026, SOHO DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC was established in Orange County, California, as the successor operating company and continuation of the SOHO DEVELOPMENT legacy.

The platform is informed by an unusual combination of architectural and development experience, institutional executive management, investment underwriting, capital structuring, lending, construction coordination, and operating-company oversight.

Strategic Ventures & Future Subsidiaries

A design-oriented foundation

Architecture is not a finish. It is part of the underwriting.

Architectural training and extensive project experience provide a design-oriented foundation for evaluating development concepts, site opportunities, construction requirements, tenant environments, and long-term asset quality.

That perspective works alongside development execution, investment underwriting, capital structuring, lending, construction coordination, and operating oversight - connecting physical decisions to financial and long-term asset considerations.

Operating discipline

A continuous line from opportunity to oversight.

Identify

Underutilized, mispriced, value-add, development, redevelopment, financing, and strategically structured opportunities.

Underwrite

Financial analysis, market and asset review, feasibility, capital requirements, downside considerations, and expected risk-adjusted returns.

Structure

Appropriate combinations of equity, debt, mezzanine financing, private credit, joint ventures, construction financing, and other available sources.

Execute

Design, development, construction, project-management, financing, and operating expertise coordinated around the opportunity.

Manage

Active oversight of assets, investments, borrowers, operating companies, partners, and strategic relationships.

Create Long-Term Value

Disciplined acquisition, development, redevelopment, financing, operational improvement, strategic positioning, and prudent capital management.
